We currently service some of the biggest event, sports and entertainment promoters in Queensland, such as Brisbane Entertainment Centre, The Lexmark Indy 300, The Brisbane Cricket Ground and Qld Raceway. We regularly roster in excess of 200 personnel at one time in crowd control, asset protection and event staff positions. The largest of these, the Lexmark Indy 300 on the Gold Coast, requires us to provide in excess of 350 personnel for a period of 10 days on a 24 hour a day roster. MAS Venue Services - (during the Sydney 2000 Olympics) MAS managed 1500 security personnel over a schedule of 240,000 hours, 27,000 rosters (shifts) at over 60 Olympic locations throughout Sydney.

The client had to grown their business 20 fold, and yet ensure that each employee received a fair share of available shifts, deal with no shows, deal with the daily requirement changes from SOCOG. On top of the people logistics, payroll and client billing was all achieved with the use of PowerForce. The customer increased their adminstrative staff from 2 to 6 to manage this enormous task.

The integration of Powerforce's modules meant that the roster drove the whole business process, once the roster was confirmed, the data was available for both payroll and billing. The level of enquiries regarding pay was practically at 2% percentage, because the payslips detailed every shift, every entitlement and every pay rate in detail.
