Hospitality and Tourism

There are 21,000 businesses in Australia in this sector. Tourism is a large inbound industry attracting over $17 billion into Australia each year and employing huge numbers of casual and skilled workers.

 PowerForce has only recently entered this market in conjunction with one of its project partners, and was successful in introducing its systems into the Hyatt Coolum Hotel, where employees ranging from restaurant and bar staff, through to chefs, housekeeping and front desk present a significant weekly challenge to the Hyatt management.

In November 2003 PowerForce sold their first solution to the Hyatt Coolum Resort, the largest of ten Hyatt Group properties.

In December 2004 PowerForce made further inroads into the Hospitality and Tourism industry through the sale of solutions to both The Observatory Hotel and Lilianfels, both owned by the Orient-Express Hotels group.
